The State Vice Chairman of APC, Hon Princess Tity Ndifon Effiong, has lauded the Wife of the Governor, Her Excellency Bishop Dr. Mrs. Eyoanwan Itam-Bassey Otu, for her steady leadership and compassionate service to Cross River State
Hon. Effiong while congratulating the Wife of the Governor on her 62nd birthday, also commended her for complimentary support to her beloved husband, Governor Bassey Edet Otu who is leading the state to the path of progress
