Hon. (Obol) Moses Osogi Yakurr LGA Students Scholarship Programme has officially opened applications for the 2025 scholarship cycle.
The initiative is designed to support academically outstanding students who are indigenes of Yakurr Local Government Area and are currently enrolled in tertiary institutions across Nigeria. The scholarship covers students in universities, polytechnics, schools of nursing, and colleges of education.
According to the organizers, the programme aims to encourage educational excellence and contribute to the development of the Yakurr community.
Eligibility criteria include: Must be an indigene of Yakurr LGA, Cross River State.
Must be currently enrolled in a federal or state-owned tertiary institution
Must have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.5
Applicants are required to upload supporting documents, including: Local Government Identification Certificate, School ID card, Admission letter and latest academic result
